Raising funds for environmental projects

Skyline Bio Sp. z o.o. deals with advisory services and comprehensive coordination of actions related to raising funds for environmental projects. The scope of our services covers:

running, in the name of the investor, wind farm projects, from environmental impact assessment (EIA) to obtaining a building permit, including the relevant contacts with the local self-governmental authorities,
obtaining new lands for the wind farms and selection of location with preliminary analyses of wind properties,
analysis of location of wind farms,
analysis of the company and preparation of the investment concept,
preparation of the fund raising concept,
preparation of the simulation valuation of the company,
economic and financial analysis (including preparation of financial projections),
advisory services when selecting the entities being necessary to perform the project,
preparation of the business plan, or another financial document,
organisation of the entire process and supervision of its execution as well as coordination of the works of the remaining entities,
co-operation when preparing and submitting documents to the competent institutions.
