Compulsory administration

The advisory services for the entities threatened with insolvency and being in the state after declaring their insolvency are provided by Skyline Insolvency Solutions (SIS). The unique features of the services offered by SIS are based on very precise specialisation and competences of the team consisting mainly of the certified receivers and the insolvency law pragmatists.

SIS has competences and provides services in the scope covering:

1. Strategic advisory services in the situation of a risk of insolvency, including versatile support for commencement and conducting rehabilitation proceedings, as defined in the regulations of the Insolvency and Rehabilitation Law. The service of SIS in this scope covers all the actions in the process of preparation of the documentation required by the law (application to commence the proceedings, rehabilitation plan).
2. Substantive and formal support for the entrepreneurs who meet the prerequisites for submission of a bankruptcy petition. Experts of SIS prepare complete documentation, manage the relations with the parties involved in order to select the optimal strategy of action in tough situations of that type. The insolvency proceedings do not have to mean a bankruptcy, while properly carried out (commenced at an early stage and professionally conducted) are a chance for revival of operations of the enterprise and satisfaction of creditors.
3. Supporting entrepreneurs facing the risk of non-proportional vindictive claims of the creditors. The experts of SIS have knowledge enabling them to protect effectively the debtor’s enterprise against harmful, devastating actions of enforcing creditors. Application of legal protection measures in relation to the debtor’s enterprise makes it possible to satisfy the creditors (to higher degree than by other methods, taking into account the time value of money), and at the same time it protects the value being the operating debtor’s enterprise.
4. 8. Effective and professional support in the situations requiring quick and effective vindication of receivables. Unlike other methods and enforcement proceedings, the experts of SIS offer their competences within enforcement proceedings as provided for in the Civil Code in relation to the entrepreneurs. Their advantage is the possibility to take over the management over the debtor’s enterprise to prevent him/her from disposing of the assets with a harm to the creditors.
