Fund management

The fund management services are provided by the company Skyline Venture Sp. z o.o. within the Group structure.

At present the Company plays the role of the entity managing the fund under the name Skyline Venture spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością SKA (Fund). It is a fund established by the company Skyline Investment S.A. together with the National Capital Fund. Capitalisation of the Fund equals to PLN 30 m, with a possibility to increase the capital up to PLN 40 m, and its duration is 10 years. The Fund invests in the companies of the MSP sector only in the form of increasing the capital, and the maximum amount of the funds for one project is EUR 1.5 m. This is an opportunity-fund, however it prefers investments in the sectors of high growth dynamics, by investing according to the people-idea-money principle. Skyline Venture Sp. z o.o. does not manage the investment funds, as defined in the act on investment funds, nor the pension funds, as defined in the act on pension funds.

The professionals managing the fund have long-term experience in the financial advisory services, thus the fund does not offer only capital for development but also broadly defined business help, among others in scope of:

• creating and realisation of the development strategy and policy;
• fund raising,
• running operating activity,
• attracting business partners,
• attracting an investor or floating the company on the WSE/NewConnect.
