Financial advisory services when raising capital on the non-public market

The Company provides also advice when raising capital on the non-public market, including in particular from the investors of the sector, private equity and venture capital funds as well as from private investors. Under this type of transactions Skyline Investment S.A. provides services and provides advice to the Clients also in scope of the leveraged buy-outs (LBO), including the management buy-outs (MBO).

Activities of the Company in this scope cover:

• analysis of the company situation,
• preparation of the concept of raising the capital,
• financial advisory services (including preparation of financial projections, economic and financial analyses),
• preparation of the simulation valuation of the company,
• preparation of the business plan/information memorandum,
• looking for potential investors,
• participation in negotiations.
